How we collect, use, and protect your information when you use AI Rankin.

This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Rankin ("AI Rankin", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the AI Rankin application. By using AI Rankin you agree to the practices described here.
We use the information above to provide and operate the service: running scans across AI engines, scoring visibility, generating fixes and content, sending alerts, processing payments, and providing support. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our models and reporting. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with service providers who help us run AI Rankin, under contract and on a need-to-know basis. These include hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and the AI engine providers we query on your behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
To measure your visibility, we send the prompts you configure to third-party AI engines (for example ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, and DeepSeek) and to Google search surfaces. We store the responses to build your reports and trends. We do not send your customers' personal data to these engines as part of standard scanning.
We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference, and understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.
We retain scan history for the length of your plan's history window and keep account records for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our practices, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data and to notify you promptly of any incident that affects it.

We do not sell your personal information for money and we do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, email contact@airankin.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". You may use an authorized agent; we will verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days). If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
AI Rankin is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law and treat GPC as a valid opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" for browsers that send it.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by posting the updated policy here and updating the date above; where required, we will also notify you by email or in-app notice before the change takes effect.
